Thank you for this. I have always admired the precision and planning that can be seen in the Sassoon looks. It is great to hear the explanation. I am sure that it will help my work progress in the way that I am hoping and look forward to the abc color webinar also. if you ever need the head diagrams even more explained I have enjoyed the Ray Fung books. Thanks again for such a cool site.

Hi Deborah: It may be an internet connection problem. If you haven't tried this already, open the video, start playing it, when it stops because it's still loading, hit pause and then let it load for a while before playing again. Hope that helps and thanks for checking it out!

Any help on getting the Webinar to load? Tried on BTC as well and it only runs about 2.5 mins and stops. Thanks
