As the grand finale of Design Philadelphia, ScissorCandy brought vivacious vixens together for Tease pin-up show, an event that seduced and allured you with a provocative experience where hair, beauty, and fashion flirted their way to center stage. Ten salons created saucy sirens out of models by giving their interpretations of pin-up beauty through hair, make-up, and wardrobe.
