new wave

it looks like the time has come to dust off the old box of perm rods and brush up on our techniques. the need for poker straight hair has given way at last to a look that has more movement. clients are looking for waves and big curls as opposed to the perms of the 80s era, which were tighter wash and wear looks. of course, we can play on that too, getting into some new shapes that have tons of curl, but with a modern finish. fortunately, there are great products available to us,and many different wrapping techniques that can create just the right amount of wave or curl.i have started a new group called '21st century perms' that i would love to have you join. i plan on discussing this fun service, and offering information on wrapping, processing, etc for the new wave. p.
