Give away everything you know and more will come back to you
You will remember from school other students preventing you from seeing their answers by placing their arm around their workbook or test.
Its the same at work ,people are secretive with their ideas"dont tell them that,they'll take the credit for it."
The problem with hoarding is you end up living off your reserves and become stale eventually.
If you give away everything you have,you are left with nothing,this forces you to look,be aware and replenish.
Somehow the more you give away the more you come up with
Ideas are open knowledge"Dont claim ownership".
Theyre not your ideas anyway they are someone else's.They are out there floating on the ether.
You just have to put yourself in the frame of mind to catch them

So true. I've worked at places where I was told flat out, "I'm not going to tell you what I know because I don't want you to be as good as me." Over a decade later, those people are still doing the exact same thing in the exact same place.
Now I'm working in an environment where everyone shares everything they know with everyone and it is the most vibrant exciting workplace EVER. And everyone keeps getting better. It's amazing.
