"Have you entertained the thought in the shopping mall, or the supermarket, that when you see a client who hasn't been in the salon for awhile you say, "WTF did I do that?" What a relief when the client says, "don't look at my hair I cut it myself etc." whew...

I have a lot of clients who come in and have cut their bangs or shortened their hair on top. Its always uneven!

One of my stylists clients came in this week and complained to no end about the cut she was given at a cheeper salon??? UH don't go there?! Why did she chance it to begin with? Then to let everyone in the salon know she went somewhere else?! WTF is right!

haha I loss a regular client when she came into the salon weeks later for another haircut. I was looking at her thinking to myself WTF!!!!, when she said:
"oh I've cut the top myself".
To which I reply: "Thank god for that, you looks stupid!!".
I could help myself, needless to say she was offended and never came back. woops
