Hey team! I am putting together a class that Aveda currently doesnt offer. It's a How to sell makeup (or any other product for that matter)! With our curriculum right now we focus on techniques, points of difference, and ingredients. We teach these classes on a constant basis but do sell really ever increase? Yes, some... but not the way Aveda would like to see. I want to teach a class that talks about confidence, knowledge, artistic abilities, reading the guest, and the power to sell products!
So... If you have ANY suggestions, ideas, or know of fears that you hear on a contant basis please let me know. Thanks- Candace

from what i herd aveda in canada is doing a knew class on how to sell products.
