If she wants a bright cobalt blue at a level seven she might have to go to a Nitro dye like "fudge" or Manic panic.
If she wants a cool reflective tone (B):
FSdeep
shade 11 (half 10n half 12N)
Light BGr 6g
Light YG 3g
10 volume at the new growth
20 volume at the mids and ends.
FSPermanent:
7N 40g
BB 10g (half of strong because of the Texture type and density)
20 volume new growth
Mids and ends:
FSpermanent
7n 40g
lt BB 12g (strong because of 30 volume)
30 volume 40ml
You have two choices for a cool reflection... Let me know if this is enough information. Not sure if you want it a crazy blue or a cool reflection.
