HI Norma! I went to Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica for Comprehensive course past January.
The course is mainly focused on Cutting hair in Sassoon Way( ABC).
Since it's 6 weeks course, we got to learn barbering and some creative cutting also.
There are lots of demonstration, lots of DVDs(ABC,contemporary classics,and collections), and LOTS of hands on! :-)
If you're planning to go, I recommend for you to have an open heart to learn Sassoon's Philosophy and techniques.
I try to be like a sponge. I gave 120% attention to instructors.
Instructors are very inspiring, passionate, and very patient.
I learned soooo much and I enjoyed every single moment of it.
Can't wait to go back!!! :-)
