- I have been doing hair 20 years! I have had my own salon almost ten! wow, I think I am getting old! we have won the top 200 fastest growing salons in america 2 out of the 3 years that we have been in our new location. I love what I do! we are doubling the size of our location as we speak to 3400 sq feet and adding a boutiqe. we will have 15 instead of 8 stations. we are the first salon in the u.s. to be licsenced by jamie carroll of australia to do his business systems. I want to continue to build a strong culture and become a better leader. I am looking at putting another salon in nashville, tn at the moment and would like to end up with five before I call it quits and begin my exit strategy! I do want to start my own consulting firm here in the very near future.
