Hey lupe! So I hav a client who has 85% gray roots and she likes vibrant red. What formula wld I use? Lets say she wants to b a level 5 intense red.Wld I do:40g 5n4g ltnn4g dk yo2g dk rr2g bv?I just don't want a hollow red. Or hot roots. My guest colored her hair black out of a box :( . Now a year later she wants to be a level 6 brown. I use Aveda color and the enlightener. If anyone has any ideas as to how to color cleanse her and what formula to use to on her bring to her a 6 let me knoww

1 scoop enlightener
1 oz shampure
60ml 20 volume.
You will have to apply it on the mids and ends that are the darkest and pull up as it lightens. You will need another hand. I would do a strand test first and make sure you know where to go first.
You might have to shampoo and reapply...depends on what the heck she did to her hair.
