Bio

Omar Antonio attended Miss Marty’s Cosmetology School in downtown San Francisco where advanced education was delivered by numerous special guests such as The Doves, Vidal Sassoon educators and many others.
Omar started his career with a bang, stepping foot into a small salon in his hometown just outside San Francisco and seized every opportunity to further his education in this industry “before anything else, I am an artist!”
Omar’s artistic background consists of Fashion Design, drawing, sketching, painting and of course hair and make-up. “I am inspired by music, fashion, by visionary artists like Tim Burton, and , of course, by my four beautiful children and their smiling faces.

Omar was discovered by Sebastian in 2004 and was introduced to the entire artistic team led by Robert Lobetta. He free lanced with the team for 2 years: “that experience was one that words can’t explain. I traveled the globe doing numerous runway shows, fashion week, and photo shoots meeting and inspiring thousands of hairdressers around the world.”

Omar Antonio is the proud owner of “ME” an Omar Antonio Salon in Benicia, California, and does beautiful color, precision hair cuts, extensions and everything in between, but on stage is where his true talent and passion shines
Omar’s work can be seen in many magazines such as Senses Magazine, Launch Pad and Culture Magazine. His love for hair artistry can be seen on many runway shows and photo shoots such as fashion week and the Sebastian What’s Next launch tour…and now as an International Artist for Sebastian Professional Omar continues to inspire, along side his team mates.
