On a business visit to Brazil several years ago at a trade show, i was introduced to the Keratine Treatments by several of my Brazilian Business Partners. We all agree that performance is the first degree of importance of any Professional Tool. What do you believe is the second and third variable ( ergonomic design / quality / reliability etc. ) that makes a Professional Tool excel? Your feedback is extremely important in the production of our Hair Tools and your responses are most appreciated.
