I would do both. Lift her to a red and cut off what is dead. (another rhyme?) lol
For a level 4 you only have to lift to a red. What is the reflective tone you want to see?
Make sure to get her hair in shape with the strengthening treatment.
She has to keep up the condition with damage remedy mask.
Post a pic when you are done.
