What to do on "Down Time".....

Posted on January 20, 2010 at 9:11am 7 Comments

Hello Everyone,
Just hoping you could share some of the things you have your staff do on down time....
I want to keep an upbeat environment and limit negative attitudes ;)

Aveda Color (breaking the base)

Posted on December 1, 2009 at 4:48pm 1 Comment

When lighting w/ color, or breaking the base I always get warm roots!!
When I break the base I have used, eclipse 30 vol & even added more b/b or v/b to it...(process for 30min)
Then @ the bowl I either use 10v/b or dusk 20vol...for 10min, Still warm roots!!
Aveda is such a warm line if color, which I normally luv;) is there any way to get a more neutral result?

With all do respect to Beth Minardi, I did not like her mannerism on that video & overpriced for what u get. This was a "kill two birds with one stone". It was a seminar that she held and made this dvd at the same time and the video was cut off for the showing of a second technique. Half fast job; although I do not doubt how good she is.

Excellent question. I want to make sure I give you the correct answer. Give me a couple of days. I have an email out to the chemist to make sure I give you what you need. I'm excited. I have an idea, but I want to be solid.
Stay tuned!
