- Krista Martin is the founder and sole owner of metro FOR MEN, the grooming environment for today's man. For as long as she has been able to work, Krista has been doing hair, mostly servicing a male clientele. Now, with 23 years of experience, Krista is considered to be a male grooming expert. It's her extensive knowledge of the industry, dedication to her clients, and her drive to constantly better herself and her team that has made Krista a successful entrepreneur with a thriving business that focuses intently on delivering consistent quality services.
Early on Krista discovered within the salon industry that most of the attention was on the stylist and not the customer which created a lack of customer loyalty.
