The first thing that I would question would be if she were on any meds...sometimes certain ones can turn grey hair yellow...especially when combined with sweat or heat tools. Hope this will help!

Yesterday I had a client come in that is always a challenge for most colorists. She is a mature woman with a sprinkle of grey with a natural level 5. Her hair is very fine, medium density and wavy. She was previously colored by another stylist with a soft 8vb and 20 volume. She was orange, orange, orange! She liked the level that she was at, but I told her that I wanted to cool he down a bit.
