- WHO | As the Education Leader at Paul Mitchell the School Dallas, I support a team of brilliant educators that provide exceptional training in the art of hairstyling and business-building. We train our Future Professionals to be technically strong in their craft and to live their lives to the fullest. I like to think that we not only create some of the industry's best stylists, but also some of the world's best people.
In addition to living my dream career, I enjoy spending time photographing anything that catches my eye. Freezing moments in time to provoke thought and create a life-long memory is a challenge that I consistently strive to achieve. As a student to my camera, I like to shoot anything from beautiful sceneries to modern architecture. I'm always open to expanding my knowledge, so if you have any advice please share it with me!
WHY | I believe that if you're not happy with something in your life, then change it. It may seem hard, but I can tell you from experience that if you strive to live a positive and happy life, then it's necessary to constantly make shifts to become a happier person.
HOW | Accomplishing your dreams in life is a simple task. It requires a lot of determination and support. Surround yourself with people that support who you are and where you want to be in life. Write your goals down, give them an exact time-frame and focus on them daily.
WHEN | I moved to Dallas, Texas over a decade ago. Struggling with where I wanted to go with my life, I tried various career paths. Some paid well, but none of them provided what I needed to be successful, security and happiness. I began my career in the beauty industry at Cosmetology Career Center (now Paul Mitchell the School Dallas) on a whim. I'll never look back. The lessons I've learned and the people I've built relationships with are the backbone of who I am.
FORWARD | As a successful beauty industry professional, my goals in life are numerous. My biggest goal professionally is to travel the world, educating professionals and helping them to succeed.
