Hey all! New to Hairbrained and excited to be a part of the community. I work with a company called Hair Construction, working to help salons and stylists be more successful through instructional videos and self-branding. Check out this clip so you can see what our videos are all about:

Great week focused on the growth indicators of salon success, the discussions shared here are literally like going to college for a salon owner degree... most of us had to learn this through making some serious and expensive mistakes and miss steps, some of us never figured it out and failed or are getting an ass kicking in business every day.

Dig in and ask questions, get involved and own your success!

Thanks Gerard! The hardest thing is keeping me quiet! Watch what you wish for... ;) Thank you for inviting me to Hairbrained. I'm so passionate about the industry and helping people grow. I am sure to learn as much from everyone else as they learn from my experiences. That's what community is all about.
