Comment by Walter Claudio on September 7, 2011 at 1:57pm Hey Lupe,
It will be fun! In regards to pricing. Pricing is based not on formulas since formulas change, but service length on menu and or HM architecture. We can further talk about it at the color forum next week!

Comment by Lupe Voss on September 2, 2011 at 1:19am Walter, So excited to see you in Minneapolis.
I have a couple of questions...
When using Head Mapping, How lean does the Hair Color Back Bar become after using the HM program?
How do you handle "customized formulas"?
For example:
40g 6n
2g Drk BV
11g Lt YO
20 volume 40ml
Some of the customized formulas we do in HCM are heavy on the pure tones and I want to help with suggestions on how to price to the Participants who are using Head Mapping.
I hope all is well, give Angela my BEST!!!!

Comment by Stacy L. Gilchrist on June 14, 2011 at 1:03pm I am just finding out about this and I'm way excited. I will be calling about education for this. My salon is small but growing and I would like our focus to move toward more color services. This will be a great asset.

I am glad you tied in the consultation piece. This is such an important intentional process in the service wheel that elevates us as professionals and strengthens the brand!
Comment by Walter Claudio on March 31, 2011 at 11:09am Hey Vincent,
It`s a architecture methodology, based on the human head, with many components that solve the grey areas of our color business. These areas are, over-mixing, over-charging, under-charging, services not accounted for services being given away, poor color formula data entry, inconsistent technical standards and scheduling. If anybody wants to add to this, please do....
