Hi Maria, The only Aveda lifestyle salon I know of up there is Jouvence.  Tell her to check out their site.  I've never been to any of their locations, but have met a couple stylists/managers from there.  They were super nice and from what I understand Jouvence has a good reputation.  If she wanted to travel, or had relatives in Richmond, I would of course recommend her to the salon where I am, Mango.  :)  But it would be quite a drive.

Good morning all, I have a client that has moved to Chantilly, VA which is near Fairfax, VA. Does anyone know an Aveda salon in that area that I can refer her too? She has very Thick, Long, Curly hair. Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays to the Aveda network.....

I wanted to share how much the new spray Damage Remedy Treatment has changed my bottom line.  I have incorporated it into my consultation with each guest.  It takes little to no extra time (5 min max) and some guests I leave it in.  It increased my average ticket and now I just say to myself my haircuts cost this.......It has worked and i think I have only had two people say no in 3 weeks.  It is an easy sale and everyone needs it and they love it.  Just put it in your mind like it is part of discussing the length or color tone of the hair, be passionate and genuine and you will sell it to almost everyone.  LOVE IT!!!!
