So I have survived the first few weeks of transition from going from hourly to commission. Now I have to find that spot where I am getting quite a few cuts in without losing the integrity of my work.

The fade haircut is one of the most talked about haircuts among barbers and hairdressers. Here a few tips for giving consistently balanced fade haircut:

Hello everyone. I am a new member of The Art Of Barbering. For Frank and anyone else having trouble with fades I created a resource to help: www.HowToCutHair.tv

If you sign up for the free membership level you can downlaod a clipper guide and "how to fade hair" and will have access to one of the haircut videos. It is a longer fade giving detailed instuctions. If anyone needs any help please let me know!

This is going to sound weird....I HATE FADES!! They have been the bane of my professional existence. I have lost jobs due to my inability to do a good fade. Frustrating!!
